Ashirira Foot Relax Sheet (2 Sheets)

Soothing foot relax sheet made from natural tree extracts with detoxing properties. It stimulates the reflex points on feet which therefore restores balance to entire body.

How to Use

1. Take out one detox foot pad and one adhesive sheet from the package.
2. Remove the plastic wrap from the foot pad and peel the cover from the adhesive sheet.
3. Place the foot pad (paper side down) in the center of the adhesive sheet, then peel off the rest of the adhesive cover.
4. Apply the adhesive sheet with the pad attached to the bottom of your clean, dry foot before bed.
5. Leave it on for 6–8 hours while you sleep.
6. Remove the pad in the morning and wash off any sticky residue.
